Huge project completed by Karmod in Iraq

Project Description

Karmod has completed a large housing project last year in Baghdad the capital of Iraq. The project was completed in six months and consisted of 1884 residential units.

Post-war reconstruction made Iraq in urgent and big need for housing projects and social facilities. Karmod took an active role in these projects based on its many years of experience.

The project was organized by governorate of Baghdad and Karmod undertook the implementation of 1884 houses as well as 16,148 m² of social facilities. Social facilities included primary and preparatory schools, kindergarten, commercial buildings, clinic, fire stations, grocery stores and mosque.
